- Manifesto grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform.
- Users may not sublicence, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer the platform.
- Manifesto reserves the right to revoke access for any User violating these terms.
2.4 Data Ownership and Privacy
- Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.
- Manifesto may process anonymised data for service improvements and statistical purposes.
- Data privacy and handling are governed by the Privacy Statement in Chapter 3.
2.5 Subscription and Payment Terms
- Manifesto offers various subscription plans, details of which are outlined on the platform.
- Payments are due in advance and must be completed via the accepted payment methods.
- Failure to complete payment may result in service suspension or termination.
2.6 Liability and Disclaimers
- Manifesto provides its platform “as is” and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they input.
- Manifesto is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.
2.7 Termination and Account Suspension
- Users may terminate their subscription by providing prior notice as per the platform policy.
- Manifesto reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3.1 Introduction

3.2 Collected Information
3.2.1 User Data
- Name, email address, company details, and other identifiers.
- Payment and billing information for subscription management.
- Usage data related to platform interactions.
3.2.2 Website Data

- Forms submitted through the website.
3.3 Purpose of Data Processing

- Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) required for all platform users.
- Isolated data storage — each customer’s data is stored in a separate environment, preventing cross-customer access.
- Regular software updates and automated security patch management.
- Hourly database backups with point-in-time restoration capability.
- Hosting on EU-based infrastructure certified to ISO 27001:2022, ISO 9001:2015, and NEN 7510:2017.

3.6 Data Retention and Deletion
Personal data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and for such period thereafter as required by applicable law. Upon termination of a subscription, customers may request deletion of their data by contacting Manifesto at contact@manifesto-platform.com. Requests will be processed within 30 days.
3.7 User Rights
Users have the right to access, rectify, or request erasure of their personal data, in accordance with GDPR. Requests can be submitted to contact@manifesto-platform.com. Manifesto will respond within 30 days, with the possibility of a one-time extension of up to 60 days for complex requests.
3.8 Amendments to Privacy Policy
Manifesto may update this Privacy Statement as necessary. Updates take effect upon publication.
